Where Microsoft Bookings shines
Bookings makes most sense inside an organization that already lives in Microsoft 365. Staff calendars come from Outlook, online meetings can be created in Teams, and IT can manage everything from the same place as email and documents. For consultancies, schools, clinics inside larger groups or internal services such as IT help desks, that integration is a real advantage.
