Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of Reservy (reservy.co), a scheduling application for appointment-based businesses. By creating an account or using our public booking pages, you agree to them.
What Reservy is
Reservy gives a business a day schedule, a services list, a team schedule, a client list, an earnings view, and a public booking page clients use to book appointments online. New accounts start with a 3-day free trial and continue on a paid plan; accounts that already have the free plan keep it. The next section sets this out.
Your account
You need an account to use the schedule, services, team, clients, and earnings tools. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your password safe, and for what happens under your account. One account is meant for one business — please don't share login credentials across unrelated businesses.
Free trial and paid plan
New accounts start with a 3-day free trial, with no card and the whole system: unlimited services, team members, appointments and clients, your booking page, the calendar, reports and email reminders.
After the trial, the account continues on the paid plan (Pro), which costs 10 USD per month and includes all of the above, plus personal support and feature improvements, in your language, on WhatsApp at +57 310 528 5613. If you don't activate it, your booking page stops taking new bookings: appointments already booked stay in place, we don't delete anything, and everything comes back as soon as you activate the account.
Pro renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund a period already started.
Accounts on the free plan. Accounts that already have the free plan keep it on the same terms: the whole system with up to three services switched on (if you create more, the extra ones are saved but switched off, and you choose which ones are live by reordering them). They can move to Pro whenever they want, and if they later cancel, they return to their free plan with their services intact and the first three switched on.
If we ever change what a plan includes or what it costs, we'll tell current subscribers before it applies to them.
Acceptable use
Use Reservy for real appointment-based business, not to collect data you don't intend to act on, send spam, or overload the booking system with fake appointments. We can suspend or close an account that abuses the service, including automated abuse of the public booking or signup forms.
Your clients' information
When a client books through your public page, their name and phone number are stored so you can manage the appointment. As the business, you're responsible for using that information appropriately — for the appointment it was given for, not for anything else.
Connected services
You can optionally connect Google Calendar to your account so your existing commitments block your booking hours and your Reservy appointments appear in your calendar. Connecting it is your choice, you can disconnect at any time from Settings, and your use of Google services is governed by Google own terms. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we read and what we write.
No warranty
Reservy is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or other damages arising from downtime, bugs, or data loss. Keep your own record of anything business-critical.
Ending your account
You can stop using Reservy at any time; write to us and we'll close your account and remove your data, aside from what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. We can also close an account for a clear violation of these terms, generally with notice unless the abuse is active.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
