How do we handle instructors sharing cars?
The clean setup is one bookable instructor per car per shift. If two instructors share one car across the day, give each a schedule and use their break windows to split the car’s hours between them.
Can we track a student’s progress toward their required hours?
The client list counts every lesson per student with dates, so “how many hours does Ana have?” is one glance. Requirements tracking beyond counts (forms, exams) stays in your school’s records.
