Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Reservy (reservy.co), a free scheduling application for appointment-based businesses. By creating an account or using our public booking pages, you agree to them.

What Reservy is

Reservy gives a business a day schedule, a services list, a team schedule, a client list, an earnings view, and a public booking page clients use to book appointments online. It's free — we don't charge for any of this today. If that ever changes, we'll tell current account holders before anything is billed.

Your account

You need an account to use the schedule, services, team, clients, and earnings tools. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your password safe, and for what happens under your account. One account is meant for one business — please don't share login credentials across unrelated businesses.

Acceptable use

Use Reservy for real appointment-based business, not to collect data you don't intend to act on, send spam, or overload the booking system with fake appointments. We can suspend or close an account that abuses the service, including automated abuse of the public booking or signup forms.

Your clients' information

When a client books through your public page, their name and phone number are stored so you can manage the appointment. As the business, you're responsible for using that information appropriately — for the appointment it was given for, not for anything else.

No warranty

Reservy is provided free and "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or other damages arising from downtime, bugs, or data loss. Keep your own record of anything business-critical.

Ending your account

You can stop using Reservy at any time; write to us and we'll close your account and remove your data, aside from what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. We can also close an account for a clear violation of these terms, generally with notice unless the abuse is active.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
