Frequently asked questions
We have treatments from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Does that work?
Yes. Each service takes its own duration (15 up to 120 minutes) and the booking engine only offers start times where the whole treatment fits before closing or the next appointment.
Can therapists have set breaks?
Yes. Each team member can have a daily break window that blocks their slots — lunch, cleanup, or turnaround time between rooms — so online bookings never land on it.
